With rapid advancements in technology and growing demand for cross-border transfers, eRemit recognized the need to elevate its digital presence. The team set out to revamp the brand's look and streamline the app experience.
As digital remittance became more essential to consumers' lifestyles—especially for sending money to loved ones and making online purchases—I redesigned the app with a fresh, modern interface that stays true to eRemit’s core mission: making remittance simple, fast, and reliable.
Problem Statement
Some user flows within the app are overly lengthy and need to be streamlined for better usability. The homepage lacks engagement, and several processes that could benefit from digitalization remain manual, impacting the overall user experience.
Goal
To simplify the user flows and improve the user experience while giving the user fresh looks and revamp on the app functionality and user interface design.
