Spearheading the strategic UI/UX direction for CIMB OCTO Biz, an award-winning SME banking platform. I orchestrate cross-regional design initiatives across ASEAN, leveraging AI-driven research and managing extensive design systems to support a platform that successfully processed 7 million transactions—valued at over RM17 billion—in its rollout year.

Enhanced the OCTO Biz B2B banking platform, driving the seamless migration of 33,633 users and successfully onboarding over 50% of CIMB's SME client base. I architected seamless transaction workflows that supported 540,648 transactions valued at MYR 1.26 trillion, while optimizing the self-service modules to drastically reduce manual call center workloads
